Hallo everyone! Recently, I've realized that my current laptop is no longer powerful enough to support my creative work. Because of this, I've decided to open commissions in the hope of raising enough money to build or purchase a PC. Having a better setup will allow me to continue improving as an artist and hopefully start creating more content in the future. Every commission and every bit of support brings me one step closer to that goal. Thank you so much for your support. I truly appreciate it!

Term of Service

Please read these terms carefully before ordering a commission. By paying for a commission, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. General Rules & Workflow

Communication: All official communication and updates will be handled via my preferred contact platforms.
Process: I will send you a WIP (Work in Progress) Sketch for your approval. Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to the line art, coloring, and final rendering stages.
Deadlines: Turnaround time typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue. I will notify you immediately if any unexpected delays occur.

2. Do's & Don'ts

WILL DO: Fanart, Yumeship, Original Character (OC), Slightly Suggestive Art, Mild Gore, Character Design
WILL NOT DO: Full NSFW, Proship/Darkship, Heavy Mecha/Complex Robots, Hard Gore

3. Payment & Currency

Payment Methods: I accept international payments via PayPal (USD) and local Indonesian payments via Dana or Bank Transfer (IDR).
Upfront Payment: Full payment must be made upfront before I begin working on the final sketch.
Fees: Any transfer or platform transaction fees are to be covered by the client.

4. Revisions (Changes)

Sketch Phase: You are entitled to up to 3 major revisions for free during the sketch phase (e.g., altering the pose, changing outfit elements, or adjusting composition).
Coloring Phase: Only 1 minor color adjustment can be made for free after line art and coloring have begun.
Rendering Phase: Any major changes requested during the final rendering stage, or any extra revisions exceeding the limits above, will incur an additional fee per change.

5. Copyright & Art Usage

Personal Use: Standard commission rates cover personal use only. You are welcome to use the artwork for social media icons, profile banners, personal device wallpapers, and personal prints, provided proper credit is given to ZeriaArt.
Commercial Use Fee: If you intend to use the artwork for monetization such as merchandise, book covers, indie games, branding, or streaming assets (Twitch/YouTube emotes, overlays, avatars) a +50% commercial fee will be added to the base price of your order.
No AI / NFT Usage: Under no circumstances is my artwork permitted to be used for AI training, AI generation datasets, or blockchain/NFT purposes.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Full Refund: A 100% refund is available if I have not yet started working on your commission's initial sketch.
Partial Refund: If you choose to cancel the order during the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be issued to cover the time spent planning the piece.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the artwork has moved into the line art and coloring stages, or after the final files have been delivered.
Artist Cancellation: If I am forced to cancel your commission due to personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund regardless of current progress.
Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable or does not align with my art style.

Medium Prop/Weapon/pet: +$10 to $20/+20K to 35K depending on the complexity
Complex Background: +$60 to $90 depending on the complexity
Additional Character: +80% of the base price
